Replicating the best parts of combat, Panurgic leverages veteran leadership skills to work together, assess risk and overcome challenges.

Chris Allaman (18Z), Retired Special Forces. Chris started as a 18C, participated and led multiple deployments overseas, and has specialized training in just about everything :)
Robert Baker (18D)
Co-Founder of The Green Beret L.I.F.E.
Robert Baker (18 Delta), Former Special Forces. Robert served as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant, participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom and is currently a Physician's Assistant as well as our Medical Director.
Matthew Nardo (18F)
Co-Founder of The Green Beret L.I.F.E.
Matthew Nardo (18F), former Special Forces. Matthew started as an 18E and participated in combat deployments to Iraq.
Libby Daniels
A licensed educator, Libby has worked with all levels of students and in a variety of settings. She has experience in both traditional settings as well as experiential programming and has a passion for learning outdoors.
Jaime McNatt
Co-Founder of The Green Beret L.I.F.E.
A licensed clinical therapist, Jaime is certified in EMDR and has worked closely with resiliency practices and high stress/trauma events.
Jan Sautter
A licensed Life Coach, ordained clergy member and Grief Recovery Specialist, Jan has worked 30+ years with adults navigating change. She has experience in a variety of setting, including both corporate and private.

Joe Bezotte
Joe’s experience in Federal Law Enforcement and Counter Terrorism spans over 29 years. He has worked operationally all over the world. Joe is currently a Federal Agent with the Department of Homeland Security. Joe also owns Core Security Consulting LLC .
JL Nardo
Retired Lieutenant Colonel US Army Reserve, JL has a Masters of Military Science and an MBA. He spent 39 years with Amoco Oil Company and retired as Regional Vice President and Chairman of the Northern Tier Business Unit.
Julie Yaeger
Julie holds an elementary teaching degree, a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organization, a K-12 Reading Endorsement and a K-12 Administrative Specialist Degree. Julie is currently the Vice President/ Director of Curriculum for Learner’s Edge.
Phil Morin
Phil is a part of our advisory team and brings with him a wealth of marketing and digital media experience. Currently, Phil is the Director of Operations with Brick Digital Inc.
